Medical Office Administrators are Front Office Professionals and play an important role in the healthcare system. They perform administrative and clerical tasks to keep the offices of physicians, podiatrists, chiropractors, and other health practitioners running smoothly. This program comes with combined programs such as CSR (customer service representative) and Palliative Care and Collection Services. It will also prepare graduates to assume responsibility for assisting in medical and health-related offices.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENT

An Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent, Police and TB Clearance. 18 years of age or older on or before the program commences AND pass a qualifying test that has been approved by the Superintendent, or Other academic qualifications or minimum age requirements established as a condition of the Superintendent's approval of the program.
